Your account and authority

Client access is by invitation. Use your own account, provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Tell KomodoWorks promptly if access is compromised or you no longer have authority to act for your organisation. Administrators must use the required second factor. Access is limited to your assigned projects and role.

Projects, agreements and payments

These terms govern portal access, not the commercial scope of commissioned work. A request does not authorise a charge or unagreed work. Scope, price, delivery, payment conditions, warranty, support, ownership and termination of a project are set out in its quotation and project documents, which prevail for that work.

Before accepting a document, read its version and confirm your authority. Acceptance records the exact document version, your account and the acceptance time. An ordinary portal acceptance is not represented as a qualified electronic signature. Payment is completed separately through Stripe. Payment, cancellation and refund rights follow the applicable agreement and mandatory law, not merely a change in portal access.

Files, messages and confidentiality

Upload or send only information you are authorised to share. Do not upload unlawful material, malicious software or unnecessary sensitive personal information, attempt unauthorised access, or misuse another person's account. Keep confidential project information secure and respect other participants' rights.

You retain your existing rights in submitted material. You permit KomodoWorks and its service providers to store, process and share it only as needed to operate the portal and deliver the agreed service, subject to the applicable project and data-handling arrangements. Uploading a file does not transfer its ownership to KomodoWorks.

Authorised administrators can manage project records. Assigned participants can see content shared with their project according to their permissions. Private uploads are scanned before download; scanning does not guarantee that every harmful file will be detected.

Privacy and email choices

The Privacy and cookie notice explains account, project, payment and security records, recipients, retention and your rights. Accepting these terms is not consent to optional analytics or marketing. The portal does not load website analytics.

Marketing requires a separate, optional choice. Unsubscribe in Settings or through a marketing email. Necessary account, security, contractual, payment and project messages are separate from that choice.

Availability, suspension and leaving

Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Access may be restricted proportionately for security, unlawful use, loss of authority or the end of an agreed service. Where practicable, KomodoWorks will explain the restriction and how to resolve it; urgent security action may be immediate. Restricting access does not remove contractual or statutory rights.

Settings offers a selected account-data export and a deletion request after identity verification. Deletion is reviewed against legal, contractual and other applicable retention obligations, not performed immediately. For project-file handover, additional records or data-rights requests, contact info@komodoworks.com even if your account is no longer accessible.

Responsibility and governing law

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or reduces mandatory statutory rights. Responsibility for project services follows the project documents. Irish law applies subject to mandatory rights and applicable jurisdiction rules.

Changes and contact

The version above identifies these terms. Material changes will be notified to affected users before taking effect where appropriate.
