The public website describes services, selected work and ways to contact KomodoWorks. General content is not a project quotation or a commitment to provide work.

Browsing, submitting an enquiry or receiving a reply does not create a project contract or a portal account. The public enquiry form does not take payment. Within the separate portal, authorised users may accept specific documents and follow a separate payment checkout.

• Portal Terms

KomodoWorks provides reporting assessments and connected management reporting with Power BI, including integrations with existing business systems. Availability, scope, deliverables, responsibilities, schedule, exclusions, and price are confirmed separately for each assessment or project.

The public website does not show prices. Private quotations and project documents state the agreed price and payment terms. Requesting a call back does not commit you to further work.

Project services for business clients are governed by a separate written Services Agreement and Project Schedule. The applicable documents specify when work begins, any payment conditions, support, change control and ownership.

The Services Agreement, Project Schedule and approved Change Requests govern the commissioned work. If they conflict with these Website Terms, the project documents prevail. A website update does not alter an existing project agreement.

Unless stated otherwise, website text, design, branding, illustrations, images and software are owned by or licensed to Kagan Timur under the KomodoWorks name. Third-party names and marks remain their owners' property; naming a system does not imply a partnership or certification.

You may view the website for lawful personal or internal business use. Copying, republishing, selling or commercially exploiting content requires permission or another lawful basis. Rights in commissioned work are governed by the project documents, not these Website Terms.

Do not use the website unlawfully, submit malicious material, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorised access or infringe another person's rights. Submit only information you are authorised to share, and do not include passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information in enquiries.

External websites, communications and payment services have their own terms and privacy information. A link does not by itself imply endorsement. KomodoWorks does not control external content or availability; this does not remove its own responsibilities for providers it uses to handle personal information.

Reasonable care is taken with the website, but uninterrupted access and error-free general content are not guaranteed. General information is not a substitute for an agreed project specification or professional advice for your circumstances.

To the extent permitted by law, Kagan Timur is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content or temporary unavailability outside his reasonable control. No statement here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Project-service liability is addressed by the applicable project documents. Mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

The Privacy Policy covers the public website, portal, cookies and optional analytics. Reading a privacy notice is not consent to marketing or optional analytics.
